What is cardio, cardio is when all the muscles of your body are being used to release energy and stamina. It helps make your muscles grow and get stronger. Another thing cardio does is simply keep your heart going. You have to be doing 20 minutes because your heart needs to be able to pump your blood every day.
Their are so many types of cardiovascular exercises or activities a person can do to keep your heart going. Some of these activities are running, burpee, and swimming. Your heart is being worked on because it involves alot of cardio in order to perform these activities.
In PE i can play basketball to maintain my health. Also to do my best when i will be running miles. In the summer i will be going to the gym to be fit and eat healthy in order to keep my body good.
